Ølen Betong’s board members recently visited Murmansk for a combined board
meeting and update on the current projects in Murmansk.
The Ølen Betong board of Directors headed for the Murmansk site Thursday 25 September for a combined board meeting and status update, and got well acquainted with the site's current projects during their stay.
The agenda included a visit to
the new Ølen Betong sandpits in Lavna, approximately 20 minutes outside
Murmansk. The quarry is currently being prepared for production of aggregates
for both Ølen Betong’s own production as well for external clients.
CEO Svein Atle Berge and some
of his key personnel made the trip north to Murmansk ahead of the board to
assist the site’s personnel in on the production of Pile Caps to the Yamal LNG
project.
